Just because I am planning The Courage Conference doesn't mean I've reached the highest level of healing yet. Last night I had a PTSD nightmare. I was so disturbed I couldn't sleep for hours. It brought everything back. It felt like I was living the abuse all over again.

If you're looking at the program and the planning with the slick videos and cool graphics, from the outside it might be easy for you to believe I've overcome my pain completely.

I haven't.

We're still in this together. If I can do this, you can do anything.

We've all got something, but none of us should let anything stop us from fulfilling everything we are destined for.

"Courage, after all, is not the absence of fear. It's the will to persevere even in the face of fear." -Christine Caine
