No matter what you were told in the past by patriarchal society or abuse, you are here for a reason. You are worthy, and you have something valuable to offer the world.

I’m here to help you believe that for yourself.

My Origin Story…

From cult survivor to global activist

I was raised to be a “submissive” girl. In a highly controlled community, I faced many types of abuse. Then something happened, and EVERYTHING changed!

Now I’m an Advocate for Survivors

I started a non-profit called Courage 365 to help fellow abuse survivors find healing, community, and education after leaving harmful relationships or religious groups.

Transformational Speaking

I speak at conferences and events to help you learn the signs to look for in abusive relationships and high-control communities to keep yourself and others safe while taking back control of your own life and happiness.

I’ve written several books like The Courage Coach, Cults Hidden in Plain Sight, and 5 Signs of a Toxic Relationship.
